Liverpool is a wonderful place to be a student. A friendly, diverse and vibrant city, there is something for everyone to enjoy. From enviable cultural destinations such as the Maritime Museum, the Museum of Liverpool and the Tate Modern, to colourful nightlife for all tastes. Liverpool has an iconic music scene with live acts performing somewhere in the city every night of the week. The city centre also has multiple food, bar and nightclub options.

Liverpool has lots of both affordable and safe options for student accommodation. LIPA accommodation is not provided by the institution because of the wide array of options already available but it is important to think carefully when choosing. Days of studying, lectures and tutorials will involve a lot of hard work so the LIPA student accommodation you come back to will be crucial. Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts student accommodation should ideally be local to the Institute to limit the burden of travelling time after a day of study and it is important you can relax in comfortable and secure surroundings.

A swivel chair, built-in desk and pin board create the perfect study area all students need.
Camden Street

The Camden Street LIPA student accommodation is ideally located in the centre of the city, close to Liverpool Lime Street train station. Our LIPA accommodation at this location consists of three four-storey converted townhouses. Each of the three townhouses has six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fitted kitchen with a washing machine and a living room. Perfect for socialising at home.
Lime Court

Another alternative for LIPA accommodation is at Lime Court, which is situated above the Liverpool city centre World's Apart comic book shop. The six flats at Lime Court house between three and seven students each. There is a communal lounge and laundry room.
Derby Buildings
For the most budget conscious looking for LIPA accommodation, Derby Buildings is obvious choice, costing the equivelent of just £73 per week!. The accommodation contains 4 flats that can accommodate up to 24 students, with each room containing a queen sized or single bed, single wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built in desk, swivel chair and pin board. There are plenty of power sockets, with a TV point and ethernet port for fixed internet, free Wi-Fi is also included. With access to a fully fitted kitchen and laundry area, everything you need is close to hand to make life easier.
Derby Buildings is located just outside the city centre, but has excellent transport links, with a nearby bus route making LIPA comutble in just 15 minutes!
