We promise we’ll look out for your wellbeing – from your initial booking, right the way through to moving into your new student accommodation.
We’ve had to move to virtual viewings and we do understand booking right now may feel uncertain, so we’d like to give you peace of mind when you do. When you book a room for September 21/22 at any of our properties you will be able
to cancel prior to 30 June 2021, without any penalties.
We would need you to provide proof that COVID-19 had affected your plans to stay with us. So either of these reasons would be accepted:
Your university course will no longer be going ahead as a result of the University not being open due to the
You have not been granted a visa to study in the UK as a result of limitations in place in their country as a result of COVID-19.
You are unwell as a result of COVID-19 and will not be able to attend university.
There are travel bans preventing you getting here.
You must inform us no later than 30 June 2021 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or, otherwise you will be
liable for the full costs associated with the original tenancy.
If you decide to defer your course until September 2022, we can transfer your booking to the next academic year.
